The dealership made a bid through contract to purchase my vehicle but then claimed there were underlying issues with the vehicle and were unable to complete the terms of the contract. After further diagnostic through a local dealer it was determined there were not any underlying issues with the vehicle and the dealer preforming the troubleshooting purchased the vehicle on the spot.

When I bought the car, it only had 1 key so the dealer promised to get me another one so I could have a spare. Elliot was the one handling my key situation and was able to set that up for me. He even set over the key to a dealer that was much closer to my house. The overall process was 3 hours and they even gave me a ride home in-between so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealer! It was a smooth process and I appreciate Elliot (Claremont) and Tanya (Monrovia) for all the help!

Not great. I had to call to check the status of my car. The employee said the called the day before and left a voicemail. No voicemail was left. Then, upon leaving the dealership I immediately noticed that the air pressure in one of my tires was significantly lower than the others. The next day my check tire pressure light came on. I brought my vehicle in after receiving a KBB Instant Cash Offer and was interested in selling it to this dealership. After their inspection, I was told the car needed an axle repair, tires, and additional work before they would provide a purchase offer (keep in mind my car is running fine, no sensors going off). They were not willing to make an as-is offer.
I ultimately sold the vehicle to another dealership without performing any repairs. The other dealership completed its own inspection, acknowledged similar concerns, and still made an as-is offer that I accepted.
