The vehicle was missing one license plate bracket on the day we purchased the van. So Carlos asked us to go back on next Tuesday to install the bracket. We confirmed the appointment with the group chat message but when we arrived the part was not available. We have to call the Manager to file a complaint and he ordered the bracket for us.

I believed the Knight Claremont service department customer service was superior than Ontario Jeep dealer whom I've dealt with in the past. However, my experience with Isaiah during my March-April visit changed that. That was the worst experience I've had at Knight Claremont service department. And this last time, with Raul, it was better, but I do believe they can do a better job explaining what the type of service the vehicle is going to entail, especially when communicating with women.
Very disappointing experience with Knight’s Dodge. I drove from Fresno to Los Angeles because their truck prices seemed like a great deal, but it ended up being nothing but stress.

I never get an update from the service advisors on what was found on the multipoint inspection. There is a video that covers a few items. At my last service, it was reported that brake fluid and coolant were low, so I called Isaiah to ask if they topped the fluids off, which I would expect when paying over $100 for regular maintenance. Never got a call back. I did, however, get a report saying I needed close the $5000 in services with no explanation.

When I reviewed the contract and found an add-on I had declined, he removed it right away and reissued at the number we agreed on — no argument, no runaround. I had a great experience working with Sal at the service department. My ProMaster had a P0420 code and the catalytic converter was replaced under the manufacturer warranty. After I brought the van home, a new P0430 code appeared. I contacted Sal and he immediately took care of it — arranged for the vehicle to be brought back, ordered the second converter, and completed the repair at no cost. Excellent customer service, clear communication, and very reliable follow‑through.
