Worked with Dvin Davidyan on a 2026 Ram 1500 lease. He was responsive throughout, turned documents around quickly, and honored the 15,000-mile allowance I needed. When I reviewed the contract and found an add-on I had declined, he removed it right away and reissued at the number we agreed on — no argument, no runaround. He was also upfront about what was set by the bank and outside his control, which I appreciated.

I had a great experience working with Sal at the service department. My ProMaster had a P0420 code and the catalytic converter was replaced under the manufacturer warranty. After I brought the van home, a new P0430 code appeared. I contacted Sal and he immediately took care of it — arranged for the vehicle to be brought back, ordered the second converter, and completed the repair at no cost. Excellent customer service, clear communication, and very reliable follow‑through.
